FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS HOUSE REPAIRS BY KSB OUT OF RMDF

  • Financial Assistance towards house repairs (Rs 20,000/-)
    		•
      Eligibility Conditions:-
     
  • All ESM who are non pensioners and have no other source of income/livelihood.
    		•
     
  • All ESM/their widows whose houses have collapsed/got damaged due to natural causes like fire,     earthquake, flood andcyclone etc and have not been provided with any assistance by state Govt or any     other source for the purpose.
    		•
     
  • Cases of all widows whether in receipt of family pension or not.
    •  
      Documents Required:-
     
  • Application from the individual. (Specimen att as Annx I)
    •  
  • Copy of the ESM/Widow/Dependent Identity Card.
    •  
  • An Attested Photocopy of the Ration Card.
    		•
     
  • Detailed Financial Condition report.
    		•
     
  • An attested copy of the Discharge Certificate.
    		•
     
  • Certificate from the Zila Sainik Board that the applicant has not been provided any financial assistance     from the state Govt or any other source.
    		•
     
  • Owners certificate of the damaged house.
    		•
     
  • Certificate by the competent authority regarding cause and extent of damage.
    		•
     
  • The estimated cost of the repair of the damaged house evaluated by the competent authority.
