FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS MONTHLY GRANT BY KSB OUT OF RMDF

  • Financial Assistance towards Monthly Grant ( Rs 2000/- p.m. only.
    		•
      Eligibility Conditions:-
     
  • All ESM/their widows who are non pensioners, old, destitute and without any family support.
    		•
     
  • All ESM/their Widows who are not being provided financial assistance old age/World War II veterans     pension schemes from the respective State Govt.
    		•
      Documents Required:-
     
  • Application from the individual. (Specimen att as Annx I)
    •  
  • Copy of the ESM/Widow/Dependent Identity Card.
    •  
  • An Attested Photocopy of the Ration Card.
    		•
     
  • Detailed Financial Condition report.
    		•
     
  • An attested copy of the Discharge Certificate.
    		•
     
  • Certificate from the Zila Sainik Board that the applicant has not been provided any financial assistance     from the state Govt or any other source.
    		•
     
  • Confirmation from the State Govt. as to why the applicant is not getting financial assistance from State     Govt.
    		•
     
  • What will the applicant do on expiry of the 2 yrs period.
    		•
     
  • Source of livelihood after discharge from service.
    		•
