FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS PENURY GRANT BY KSB OUT OF RMDF

  • Financial Assistance towards Penury Grant (Rs 30,000/-).
    		•
      Eligibility Conditions:-
     
  • All ESM/their widows/dependents who are not covered under above schemes and have some special     circumstances like accidental death of spouse, crops damaged due to fire or flood etc and has not been     provided any assistance by State Govt or any other source for the purpose.
    		•
     
  • Any other case at the discretion of the Hon’ble Raksha
    		•
      Documents Required:-
     
  • Application from the individual. (Specimen att as Annx I)
    •  
  • Copy of the ESM/Widow/Dependent Identity Card.
    •  
  • An Attested Photocopy of the Ration Card.
    		•
     
  • Detailed Financial Condition report.
    		•
     
  • An attested copy of the Discharge Certificate.
    		•
     
  • Certificate from the Zila Sainik Board that the applicant has not been provided any financial assistance     from the state Govt or any other source.
    		•
     
  • Confirmation from the State Govt. as to why the applicant is not getting financial assistance from State     Govt.
    		•
     
  • What will the applicant do on expiry of the 2 yrs period.
    		•
     
  • Source of livelihood after discharge from service.
    		•
